Order
When you complete your order, an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about your products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately.

Payment
We accept Klarna invoice, partial payment, credit and bank cards, Apple and Google Pay.

Promotions
Any discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-4 working days. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service.

All prices on the website are stated in SEK and are inclusive VAT (unless otherwise specified or chosen by the user). We reserve the right to price changes due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price. Product information
We reserve the right for possible printing errors on this website and final sales of products . We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as correctly as possible.

Complaint and warranty
We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce. Customer service must always be contacted via our contact form, e-mail (info@pearlsoffreja.com) within a reasonable time. For more information see below. The complaint must be made via our contact form. Complaints about a broken product must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered, but no later than within 2 years from the time of purchase. Please note that the broken product and packaging must be saved until the matter is resolved. Complaints do not apply to lost jewelry or charms.

Two-year warranty applies to all jewelry. This does not include lost jewelry or charms. Own wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. The gold jewelery consists of 18K gold-plated silver. We take great consideration on a case-by-case basis.

Right of withdrawal
When purchasing jewelry at Pearlsoffreja.com, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a be as you have ordered. The right of return does not apply to a SALE, only the right to exchange (Promotion/discount codes count as a regular purchase). The right of return does not apply to products that have been handmade for you, such as name jewellery.

In case of return or exchange, you pay the return cost yourself. You should contact customer service at info@pearlsoffreja.com and we will guide you.

You are responsible for checking that the delivery and the products are undamaged in connection with receiving the package. In connection with Christmas, we extend the right of cancellation until January 7 on all orders.

Full refunds apply on the condition that the product is unused and in new condition.In cases where the product is used or if the product has been handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties or function, Pearls of Freja reserves the right to decide on depreciation deductions for the product.
