All prices include 25% VAT at the time of sale. Shipping costs are added to all prices unless otherwise stated. To make a purchase on pearlsoffreja.com, you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18, parental consent is required according to Swedish law. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions published at the time and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.
Orders
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about your products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, you must contact our customer service immediately.
Payment
We accept Klarna invoice, installment payments, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Promotions
Discount codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or offers unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 1â4 business days. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. If delivery delays occur (without prior notice), please contact our customer service.
Prices
All prices on the website are listed in SEK and include VAT (unless otherwise specified or selected by the user). We reserve the right to correct errors and adjust prices. Prices may also be adjusted due to increased material costs, global events, or other reasons.
Shipping & Customs
Orders from our company are delivered DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred during shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other administrative fees required by the destination countryâs customs authorities.
We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount, as they vary depending on the country. It is the customerâs responsibility to check the applicable rules and costs in the destination country before placing an order.
If the customer chooses not to collect their package or refuses to pay customs fees, we will not refund shipping costs or any other incurred fees. For questions about shipping or fees, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Product Information
We are not responsible for typographical errors on this website or for products that sell out. We do not guarantee that images represent the exact appearance of the products, as slight color differences may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, or resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
Complaints & Warranty
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency for e-commerce. Customer service must always be contacted via our contact form or email (contact@pearlsoffreja.com) within a reasonable time. Complaints must be submitted via our contact form.
Complaints about defective products must be submitted within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, but no later than 2 years from the date of purchase. Please note that the defective product and its packaging must be kept until the matter is resolved. Complaints do not cover lost jewelry or charms.
A two-year warranty applies to all jewelry. This does not include lost jewelry or charms. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Gold-plated jewelry consists of 18K gold plated on silver. Each case is considered individually.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing jewelry on Pearlsoffreja.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the item. Returns do not apply to sale items; only exchanges are allowed (campaign/discount codes count as regular purchases). Returns also do not apply to custom-made products, such as name jewelry.
For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. You should contact customer service at contact@pearlsoffreja.com, and we will guide you and send a QR code for a smooth and easy return.
You are responsible for checking that the delivery and products are undamaged upon receipt.
Full refunds are given provided the product is unused and in like-new condition. If the product has been used or handled more than necessary to assess its properties or function, Pearls of Freja reserves the right to apply a depreciation deduction to the product.
