Specific terms and validity periods for promotions will be provided in connection with the relevant offer.

7. DELIVERY

The standard delivery time for products in stock is usually 1–3 business days.

Personalised and handmade jewellery may have a longer delivery time. The current estimated delivery time is stated on the relevant product page.

Orders placed during weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

8. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Available shipping methods and current shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

For deliveries to countries where customs duties, import VAT, taxes or other charges may apply, the customer is responsible for these costs unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are outside our control. We therefore recommend checking the applicable rules and charges in your destination country before placing an order.

9. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible in terms of colour, size and appearance.

Colours and shades may appear slightly different depending on factors such as your screen, lighting, photography and display settings.

Minor variations may occur in handmade and hand-stamped products. These variations are a natural part of the craftsmanship and make each piece unique.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and for products to sell out.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

When shopping online, you as a consumer generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

If an order is delivered in several separate shipments, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the final part of the order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, register your return using our returns form/withdrawal function on our website.

Once your return has been registered, you will receive information on how to return your item.

The return shipping fee is SEK 49 and will be deducted from your refund.

You have the right to inspect the product in a manner comparable to what would be possible in a physical store. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functionality, a deduction for diminished value may be made to the extent permitted by law.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount due in accordance with applicable law. Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Purchasing a product on sale or with a discount does not in itself remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

11. PERSONALISED & CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to your specific instructions or which have otherwise been clearly personalised, where the statutory exception applies.

This may, for example, apply to certain personalised and hand-stamped jewellery made specifically for you after your order has been placed.

If a product is exempt from the right of withdrawal, this will be stated on the product page before you complete your purchase.

The exemption from the right of withdrawal does not affect your right to make a complaint if the product is faulty.

12. COMPLAINTS

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to make a complaint regarding original defects for up to 3 years.

An original defect does not necessarily have to be apparent immediately and may become noticeable at a later date. However, the right to make a complaint does not cover issues caused by, for example, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, lost jewellery or improper use.

You must notify us of a defect within a reasonable period after discovering it. A complaint made within two months of discovering the defect is always considered to have been made within a reasonable period.

To submit a complaint, please use our complaints form and attach photographs together with a description of the issue.

Please keep the product and any relevant documentation until the complaint has been resolved.

If your complaint is approved, it will be handled in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

13. PEARLS OF FREJA 2-YEAR WARRANTY

In addition to your statutory right to make a complaint, Pearls of Freja offers a 2-year warranty on our jewellery.

The warranty is a voluntary commitment from Pearls of Freja and applies in accordance with the warranty terms stated here. The warranty never limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

The warranty covers defects that fall within the scope of our warranty commitment during the warranty period. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or handling, accidental damage, or lost jewellery or charms.

For gold-plated jewellery, normal wear of the plating may occur over time. Warranty claims are assessed based on the age of the product, the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the individual case.

During the warranty period, the applicable rules regarding the burden of proof under our warranty commitment and relevant consumer legislation will apply.

14. UNCOLLECTED & UNDELIVERED PARCELS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct contact and delivery information when placing an order and to collect or receive the parcel within the time specified by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or could not be delivered, we will contact you regarding the next steps.

Any costs that we are legally entitled to recover may be charged to the customer. Such charges will not exceed the actual or reasonable costs incurred as a result of the uncollected or undelivered parcel.

Failing to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute exercising your right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us in the prescribed manner.

15. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

If your parcel or product is damaged when you receive it, please document the damage and contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep both the product and its packaging until the matter has been resolved, as these may be required when handling the transit damage claim.

16. PERSONAL DATA

When you shop with Pearls of Freja, we process the personal data necessary to manage, among other things, your order, payment, delivery and customer service.

More information about how we process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

17. DISPUTES & APPLICABLE LAW

We always aim to resolve any issues together with you. If you are dissatisfied with how a matter has been handled, please contact us first at contact@pearlsoffreja.com.

If we are unable to reach an agreement, you as a consumer may be entitled to refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (AllmÀnna reklamationsnÀmnden, ARN) for review.

We comply with applicable Swedish consumer legislation, and these Terms & Conditions do not limit any rights granted to consumers under mandatory law.
