Order
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about your products, price, billing and delivery address.

We accept Klarna: -invoice, partial payment, Swish, credit and bank card.

Any discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-4 working days. We send trackable with Postnord. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service.
Complaint
We follow the Consumer Agency's recommendations for e trade. Customer service must always be contacted via our contact form, e-mail (info@pearlsoffreja.com) within a reasonable time. For more information see below. The complaint must be made via our contact form. Complaints about a broken product must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered, but no later than within 2 years from the time of purchase. Please note that the broken product and packaging must be saved until the matter is resolved. Complaints do not apply to lost jewelry or charms.
Warranty
Two year warranty applies to all jewelry. This does not include lost jewelry or charms. Own wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. The gold jewelry consists of 18K gold-plated silver.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing jewelry at Pearlsoffreja.com, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. The right of return does not apply at REA, only the right of exchange. (A campaign with a discount code is not a SALE, but then the normal right of return applies). The right of return does not apply to products that have been handmade for you, such as name jewellery.
In case of return or exchange, you pay the return cost of SEK 49 yourself. You must contact customer service at info@pearlsoffreja.com and we will send you a return slip.
