Store your pieces carefully, preferably in the jewelry box you received with your purchase.

Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 1–4 business days. All orders are shipped with PostNord tracking. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest. If any delays occur without prior notice, please contact our customer service. Hand-stamped jewelry generally has a delivery time of about 1–2 weeks.

Complaints & Warranty

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s recommendations for e-commerce. Customer service must always be contacted via our contact form or email (contact@pearlsoffreja.com) within a reasonable time. Complaints about defective products must be submitted through our contact form and within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, but no later than 2 years from the purchase date. Please keep the defective product and packaging until the issue is resolved. Complaints do not cover lost jewelry or charms.

All jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty. This does not cover lost items or wear and tear. Gold-plated jewelry is made from 18K gold-plated silver and is durable enough to wear day and night, even in water, though it may react to chemicals.

Right of Withdrawal & Easy Returns

When purchasing jewelry on Pearlsoffreja.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. Returns do not apply to sale items, in which case only exchanges are allowed. (Promotional discount codes are not considered sale items, so standard return policy applies.) Returns do not apply to products custom-made for you, such as name jewelry.

For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of 49 SEK. Contact customer service at contact@pearlsoffreja.com and we will send you a QR code so you can easily return your jewelry without printing anything.
